Once you've opened the link to the Research Organizer:

1.  One person in your group should go to File--Make a Copy.

2.  Give the Copy a new name unique to your group.

3.  The person who made the copy should then share it with the other group members.

4.  Once shared, all other group members should add the Research Organizer to their Google Drives.
